    Abstract

    A task architecture for an intelligent decision support system which deals with a conceptual design was generated for use in the redesign of metal assemblies into polymer composite assemblies. This conceptual design phase determined which results of the metal assembly will be replaced with composites and the overall configuration, and relationship between the segment themselves and the surrounding superstructure.
